Germany: DHL shipping (3 - 6 working days), 5,90 postage

Austria , Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Poland : DHL shipping (3 - 9 working days), 13.90 postage

Other countries: Only on request via info@bettercakez.de

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delivery delays may be caused by your country's customs authorities. All customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A package is considered lost if it has been in transit for a period of 15 business days (German orders) or 21 business days (international orders).

Although orders usually take less time, we are unable to guarantee a replacement before this period has expired.

We are not responsible for any other direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by the customer due to delay or defective delivery, regardless of the delivery method.

If you are not at home: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a note will be left asking you to contact our courier directly to arrange a new delivery date or to collect the delivery from a specific location.

From this point on, you have 7 days until the package is returned to us as undeliverable. We will not resend packages returned as undeliverable. You will, of course, be refunded the price of your order, but not the delivery costs.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package must be returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your order if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
