In 2018 I developed serious health problems.
I lost a lot of weight, was constantly dizzy, couldn't eat anything without stomach pain, my hair fell out and I developed skin problems.
After a long marathon of doctors, I FINALLY knew that all these problems were due to a gluten and lactose intolerance (I can't tolerate soy either). I should strictly avoid all of these things.
Problem: I LOVE cake more than anything and couldn't eat my beloved cake anymore.
I spent two years tinkering in my kitchen while preparing for my state law exams to develop a cake that, above all, tastes great, but is also as healthy as possible and that I can eat.
My friends were so enthusiastic that they convinced me to open a healthier cake bakery after I passed my law exam.
